Objectives

ACL Impex, Lda, is a medium-sized company, located in the municipality of Guimarães, which was incorporated and began operations in October 2002 with the aim of conceptualizing and developing its own home textile brands, based on Made in Portugal quality, targeting foreign markets. With this project, the company intends to promote investments:

- Implementation of innovative ERP; - Implementation of LEAN methodologies;

- Dematerialization of internal processes and in the relationship with the client;

- Launching a new brand of products: Senseslinen;

- Creation of e-commerce platform;

- This project will allow the company a sustained growth in international markets and improve its focus on high-end segments.
